Dr. Linsey Roth, also known as “Doc Roth,” is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and functional strength coach who blends rehab and performance to create lasting, real-world results. She specializes in helping active adults and athletes overcome hip pain, back pain, and pelvic floor dysfunction through targeted exercise and movement.


As a former collegiate athlete in field hockey and basketball, Linsey understands firsthand the demands of staying active and performing at a high level. Her background also includes coaching collegiate lacrosse and field hockey, along with experience in geriatrics—giving her the ability to meet each client exactly where they are, regardless of age, mobility, or fitness level.


Her approach is simple: there is always a starting point. With the right plan, anyone can move better, get stronger, and return to the activities they love.
